In the middle of the approach to this Bay, about one foot below the surface of the water lies a hidden rock. This rock while being somewhat dangerous to navigation, is at the same time providential, since in rough seas the heavy waves lose much of their force against it before continuing their course towards the beach.

In case of couples who apply for membership, the younger partner's age should apply for the age group. Subscription prices quoted in pounds sterling and effective from 1st January 2019. Management charges are quoted in pounds sterling for 2019. These are increased annually according to inflation in Malta.
Annual Management Charge (including 18% VAT) is £911.50 per apartment.
