Tower Court, Xlendi Bay

General Features
Doors and door surrounds are constructed from polished solid natural wood. Front and rear rooms have quality aluminium windows and doors.
 

Special features include ornamental stone arches, ceramic or terrazzo flooring throughout the apartments, all walls finished with two coats of high quality paint.

As one would expect, the five storey apartment building is serviced by a lift, a security door as well as a normal entrance door. Each apartment is fitted with a press button intercom for added peace of mind.

Pricing and availability for Tower Court, Blocks C and D - Xlendi - Gozo

Block C and D will be completed towards the end of 2011, and are situated adjacent to the main blocks A and B. Pricing for these prestigious retirement properties are as follows, all prices in Pounds Sterling and effective from 1st January 2011. Management fees (below as applicable for 2011) increase annually according to the rate of inflation in Malta. In the case of couples, the pricing for the youngest person applies.

Garages are also optional from £6,000 with an annual management charge of £162.61 (inclusive of 18% VAT)
