Block C and D will be completed in 2008/2009, and are situated adjacent to the main blocks A and B. Pricing for these prestigious retirement properties are as follows, all prices in Pounds Sterling and effective from 1st January 2008. Management fees (below as applicable for 2008) increase annually according to the rate of inflation in Malta. In the case of couples, the pricing for the youngest person applies.

Garages are also optional from £6,000 with an annual management charge of £127.87
