How it Works The plan couldn't be simpler. For considerably less than the cost of outright purchase, you become a guarantee member of Sunblessed Horizons Limited, a public limited liability company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Your membership provides you with EXCLUSIVE and uninterrupted use of a luxury retirement or holiday residence for the duration of your lifetime. There is just one fixed membership fee, with nothing extra to pay except an annual management charge. This charge ensures the upkeep of the building to a safe and attractive condition whilst part of the fee goes towards the Trust which guarantees members' interests. Even the maintenance costs will be agreed with members in advance and any increases will be based upon the annual Maltese inflation rate. Just imagine! - a superb luxury apartment to experience and enjoy the quality of life. To qualify, you (and, if applicable, your joint partner) must be over 50 years of age* on date of obtaining membership and only after you are both deceased does your membership cease.
